Description

You will manage market data collection application issues and support production environment stability.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve 1st and 2nd line incidents and requests for the market data collection application.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify business user and process issues.
• Monitor production environments to ensure they remain performant, secure, and reliable.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure incident resolutions meet agreed SLAs.
• Document and track change delivery while maintaining test evidence according to company standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a system analyst or similar technical role.
• Proficiency with SQL and Azure SQL.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and test execution.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow using the ITIL framework.
• Working knowledge of BI tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage database and UI application technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of insurance market processes.
