You will lead the techno-functional implementation and support of workforce planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead techno-functional implementation and support for Labor/workforce planning solutions.
- Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration, and conduct unit testing.
- Produce technical and functional design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
- Own project releases and provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
- Collaborate on product rollouts for new entities and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in a similar environment.
- Deep experience in Java full-stack development and multiple programming languages.
- Expertise in Spring framework, Spring Boot, and microservices design.
- Strong skills in custom API solutions, API integration, and REST & SOAP protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile software engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency with relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL Server, or Postgres.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Ability to produce fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Previous experience with Workforce Management System components.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ReactJS UI frameworks.
