Description

You will lead the techno-functional implementation and support of workforce planning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead techno-functional implementation and support for Labor/workforce planning solutions.
  • Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration, and conduct unit testing.
  • Produce technical and functional design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
  • Own project releases and provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
  • Collaborate on product rollouts for new entities and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Deep experience in Java full-stack development and multiple programming languages.
  • Expertise in Spring framework, Spring Boot, and microservices design.
  • Strong skills in custom API solutions, API integration, and REST & SOAP protocols.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile software engineering methodologies.
  • Proficiency with relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL Server, or Postgres.
  • Experience with cloud-native development.
  • Ability to produce fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Previous experience with Workforce Management System components.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ReactJS UI frameworks.
