You will analyze business objectives and operational challenges to document requirements and workflows for system development or improvement.

Responsibilities

• Document user requirements, procedures, and workflows based on business objectives.
• Develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Lead quality assurance activities and execute test plans to ensure system compliance.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to define business rules.
• Track, analyze, and resolve system issues using issue-tracking systems.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in business and technical analysis, including process design and requirements gathering.
• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance principles and software testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and best practices.
• Experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Proficiency in coordinating implementation of functional enhancements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details to executive leadership.
