Description

You will bridge business objectives with technical execution by analyzing complex systems and documenting requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interview business partners to define objectives, requirements, and use cases.
• Write user stories, system stories, and supporting technical documentation.
• Define and coordinate test exercises, including user acceptance testing and data validation.
• Analyze data and work within databases to support system requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with databases.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to document complex technical requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder interviewing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, specifically Asset Management.
