Description

You will act as a technical lead or consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and integration design documents.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
• Manage data mapping and support SIT and UAT defect resolution.
• Execute test plans, perform manual unit testing, and track defects.
• Maintain the development life cycle within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or consulting.
• Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service) expertise.
• PowerApps (Model Driven and Canvas) development.
• Power Automate and Power BI proficiency.
• SharePoint and Azure DevOps management.
• JavaScript and Plugin development.
• Troubleshooting and quality testing capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create detailed solution design documents.
