Description

Act as a technical lead or consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and integration documents.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
• Manage data mapping and support SIT and UAT defect resolution.
• Execute test plans, perform manual unit testing, and track defects.
• Maintain the development lifecycle within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or consulting.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
• PowerApps development (Model Driven and Canvas).
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps management.
• JavaScript and Plugin development capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and quality testing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create detailed solution design documents.
