Description

You will analyze incoming and outgoing file data and the logic behind extracts to support new client implementations and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation sessions independently with business teams to understand data needs and requests.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements by analyzing data models and system architecture.
• Walk technical teams through requirements to ensure alignment during implementation.
• Create and execute business and technical test scenarios to perform independent validations.
• Document field changes and analyze data to understand updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data models and system logic.
• Experience working with Informatica or SnapLogic to update existing jobs.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the PBM industry.
• Experience leading medium to large scale projects.
