Description

Analyze data flows and logic to support client implementations and system enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation sessions with business teams to define data needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications using data models and system architecture.
• Guide technical teams through requirements to ensure implementation alignment.
• Create and execute business and technical test scenarios for independent validation.
• Document field changes and analyze data updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Informatica or SnapLogic to update existing jobs.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data models and system logic.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the PBM industry.
• Experience leading medium to large scale projects.
