Description

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Own the integration strategy and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Translate documented business requirements into technical specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and non-functional requirements.
• Identify gaps in requirements and recommend necessary changes to ensure system integrity.
• Present design considerations to software architects and developers to guide code implementation.
• Troubleshoot system issues by reviewing logs, debugging code, and collaborating with developers on fixes.
• Collaborate with Dev Managers, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads to monitor project progress and report status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, application development, and maintenance projects.
• Proficiency with Java and database queries.
• Experience with data analysis, sampling, and model building.
• Strong technical skills in system design, web design, and basic programming.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, documenting, and maintaining IT systems.
• Experience with system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and production support teams.
• Ability to work in the EST time zone from 11am to 8pm EST.
