Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for the Store Development and Construction organization, managing requests from intake through post-launch support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage solution lifecycle from scoping and SOW definition through design, build, UAT, release, and support.
• Design and maintain scalable workflows and reporting solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive alignment, and prevent rework.
• Convert recurring requests into reusable templates and standardized workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support reporting and analytics using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end systems delivery and workflow design.
• Hands-on development with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational data concepts.
• Experience with process mapping, system documentation, and quality control implementation.
• Ability to define scope, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate solution options clearly.
• Understanding of automation and AI concepts, including intelligent search and data validation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience reducing triaged items and improving cycle times in complex environments.
