Responsibilities

• Manage organizational change management processes for SaaS platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system analysis or related roles.
• Strong background in Organizational Change Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
