Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional designs for D365 and integrated applications.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
• Manage the development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
• Execute test plans, perform manual unit testing, and track defects.
• Perform data mapping and support SIT and UAT defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE, Sales, and Service).
• Proficiency with PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas).
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work with JavaScript and D365 Plugins.
• Experience in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center issues.
