You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring Pega solutions meet functional, usability, reliability, and performance standards. You own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from definition through design, testing, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements for Pega systems.
• Lead system requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation support.
• Develop use cases and utilize tools to document detailed requirements.
• Analyze efficiencies related to system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with the IT learning organization to create training documentation and deliver end-user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Direct experience with Pega platforms and tools.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate between technical and business viewpoints effectively.
• Experience in system design and testing processes.
• Proven ability to manage project scope and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
