Description

You will provide operational support for the BH-PEGA project, focusing on claim intake, balancing, and workflow enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements for the system.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Lead system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support.
• Develop use cases and create dashboards to monitor system performance.
• Analyze efficiencies related to system automation and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pega systems.
• Strong background in healthcare insurance and claims processing.
• Experience with pre-adjudication validations.
• Proficiency in UI and workflow enhancements.
• Experience with claim intake and balancing, including Edifecs or portal claims.
• Ability to develop system training documentation and provide end-user training.
• Experience using tools to define requirements and documentation.
