Description

You will act as a technical lead and consultant for Dynamics 365 implementation and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical builds within Dynamics 365 and integrated applications.
• Create integration design documents and solution design documents.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
• Manage the development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
• Execute data mapping and support SIT and UAT defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
• Proficiency in PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas).
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript and D365 Plugins.
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to perform manual unit testing and execute test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing development workflows within Microsoft DevOps.
