Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and produce high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications for complex software systems
• Investigate production issues using logging and observability tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and business stakeholders
• Operate within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery environments
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and elimination of ambiguity in all deliverables

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Kibana
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Experience with relational database schemas and SQL management tools
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery experience
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks
