Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and propose solutions that balance cost and technical feasibility.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Manage the product backlog and assist the Product Owner with prioritization and progressive elaboration.
• Define test objectives, create test plans, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Create conceptual prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to visualize user flows and functionality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Experience managing large, multi-module systems and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proficiency in MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Project Server.
• Proven ability to manage project workstreams independently.
• Strong technical communication skills for documenting requirements and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Experience with the SDLC and managing sprint backlogs.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with experience running sprints and ceremonies.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Team Foundation Server.
• Ability to use Power BI, Tableau, Figma, or Balsamiq for visualization and prototyping.
