You will act as the bridge between business units and IT development teams to facilitate requirement gathering and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Gather technical and business analysis requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders.
- Write detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Assist product owners in communicating requirements to ensure successful application development and enhancement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logging, tracking, and resolving advanced technical issues.
- Operate within Agile frameworks to support sprint team objectives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in systems or business analysis.
- Proficiency working within Scrum frameworks.
- Experience operating in Kanban environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience managing the lifecycle of technical issue tracking and resolution.
- Background working in Agile development environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
