Description

You will act as the bridge between business units and IT development teams to facilitate requirement gathering and issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical and business analysis requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders.
• Write detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Assist product owners in communicating requirements to ensure successful application development and enhancement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logging, tracking, and resolving advanced technical issues.
• Operate within Agile frameworks to support sprint team objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems or business analysis.
• Proficiency working within Scrum frameworks.
• Experience operating in Kanban environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of technical issue tracking and resolution.
• Background working in Agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
