Description

You coordinate and direct testing phases for multi-vendor, large-scale software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing for MMIS and MES modules.
• Develop test cases and test data to verify software changes and integrated COTS applications.
• Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects through to resolution.
• Report testing progress, execution metrics, and test summaries to technical and business stakeholders.
• Liaise between developers and business users to solve escalated issues and manage data conversion/integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or software testing.
• Mainframe testing experience.
• Test scenario development and data preparation.
• Experience with large-scale systems and Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modules.
• Experience testing configured Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications.
• Proven experience managing UAT and defect triage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating across multiple vendors and teams to ensure testing alignment.
• Ability to track and maintain historical UAT testing information.
