Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation with a focus on security protocols and system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and publish cross-functional business flow diagrams, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Map requirements to APIs using JSON for request and response structures.
• Design, implement, and assess security protocols, policies, and measures to protect against internal and external threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage the requirements traceability matrix and participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with technical suitability and business strategy.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience managing teams of 1-2 Business Analysts.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams across PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13 time zones.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Expertise in writing user stories, non-functional requirements, and maintaining traceability matrices.
• Experience mapping requirements to APIs with JSON.
• Skill in using Aha project management tool, OmniGraffle, and flowchart software.
• Ability to monitor security alerts, incidents, and breaches, and respond to security incidents.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, or CEH certifications.
