Description

You will own the functional and technical definition for complex workflow projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create technical designs ensuring adherence to the architectural roadmap, development practices, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams during build, test, and deployment phases.
• Classify test findings escalated by the Test Manager as defects or change requests.
• Document IT operations procedures in coordination with Production Support.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in a System Analyst role.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with workflow or business process management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive and drive solutions.
• Good banking domain knowledge, specifically in Compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Management, or Engineering/IT/Computer Science.
