Description

You will provide technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot software on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage local IT services, including quoting, purchasing, and hardware management.
• Collaborate with Global Tier 3 and corporate IT services to restore services and resolve escalated issues.
• Install and maintain customized repair, remanufacturing, and warehouse systems.
• Adhere to all corporate technical standards and information security protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT technical support and systems administration.
• Proficiency with Windows Desktop OS, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and Windows clustering.
• Hands-on knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Strong networking engineering skills including routing, switching, TCP/IP, IPSec, VPN, and firewalls.
• Administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies, and SailPoint.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, or AutoPilot.
