Description

You will design, implement, and support PeopleSoft applications and complex technical solutions. You own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom PeopleSoft solutions to resolve complex business problems.
• Conduct technical requirements sessions, configuration, and testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create wireframes, screen prototypes, flowcharts, interface specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Develop training documentation, system requirement specifications, and design specifications.
• Provide ongoing production support for PeopleSoft applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a systems analyst, programmer, or systems administrator.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.
• Proficiency in SQL and SaaS application environments.
• Experience with database management tools such as IBM Data Studio or SquirreL.
• 2+ years of experience with test tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Octane.
• Experience creating data conversion workflows and database record/field specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Agile or Hybrid Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience with CAPPS, WRAPS, or USAS systems.
• Certified Analyst or Developer.
