You will analyze business processes, define technical requirements, and ensure system solutions align with stakeholder needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and diagram current and proposed processes using context and data flow diagrams.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and Epics, decomposing them for technical implementation.
• Create conceptual prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to validate solutions before development.
• Define test objectives, plans, and cases, executing regression tests and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize workstreams, and serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum methodology knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Visio.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and large, multi-module systems.
• Expertise in organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and manage the acceptance process with development teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team Foundation Server, JIRA, or Confluence for agile tracking.
• Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
