You bridge business requirements and software development within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze user, functional, non-functional, and Section 508 requirements along with acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical stories for developers.
• Design system diagrams and technical documentation, including specifications and user guides.
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions for complex architectural and development problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, self-organizing teams to support software development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries (MySQL or PL-SQL).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to map and analyze organizational processes.
• Experience managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics to both management and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
