Roles & Responsibilities

• Present and defend Alstom Transport solutions to customers during pre-tendering phases to guide Request for Proposals writings.
• Perform gap analysis in tender phase for system-related subjects in cooperation with Bid Technical Managers and identify core developments needed.
• Analyze the development of the System requested by Projects and propose customer-oriented design to the Project Engineering Manager.
• Confirm the gap analysis performed during tender phase at project launch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that the System usage and technical documents are known and applied by Projects and Tenders teams.
• Support the user project team for the use and application of the System throughout project execution.
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues between the System and Project through correspondence and meetings as front office support.
• Define DMS roadmap in collaboration with DMS Program Manager to meet tender and project expectations effectively.
• Attend System Change Control Boards to ensure user project needs are implemented in an optimized manner.
• Attend project Change Control Boards on demand to ensure specific demands are consistent with System standard application.
• Propose System evolutions to DMS Program Manager based on Return on Experience from projects and service team needs.
• Manage hierarchically a team of System Application Architects as the role may require in the future
