Description

You will design and implement data integration processes, bridging business needs with technical execution as the primary liaison between teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data integration processes.
• Create and maintain source to target (S2T) documentation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Perform root cause analysis and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Execute testing procedures, including data reconciliation, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL.
• 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering and user story development.
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining source to target (S2T) documentation.
• 5+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and data analysis on complex datasets.
• 2+ years of experience in system testing, data reconciliation, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency with SQL, Jira, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Ability to create system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSMs, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, SharePoint, Teams, and Squirrel.
• Knowledge of data quality tools, business intelligence platforms, and data governance.
