Description

You will serve as the technical lead responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core agency systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and emerging VMWare and VDI technologies to recommend solutions for performance, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead project teams as a technical expert, collaborating with project managers and leadership to define goals and provide technical best practices.
• Manage, monitor, and support Agency Managed Application Servers through expert-level system administration.
• Oversee the creation, support, and maintenance of certificates for core systems, third-party integrations, and authentication services.
• Identify subject matter experts and provide lead technical support across various projects and systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience analyzing and documenting VMWare and VDI solutions.
• 10+ years of experience leading project teams through system implementations.
• 10+ years of expert-level Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• 10+ years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and DNS.
• 7+ years of experience managing certificates for authentication and authorization services.
• Proven ability to provide technical guidance to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Agency Managed Application Servers.
