Description

You will own the development and execution of system automation testing for complex software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement System Automation Test Frameworks for multiple projects.
• Create and define test plans and test cases for embedded and application software for real-time controls.
• Develop software testing harnesses and tools for Linux and Windows environments.
• Write integration tests for Continuous Integration and Deployment frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Software development & Test or Test tool development.
• 2+ years experience in a Team Lead role directing work.
• 3+ years development experience in Python or other scripting language.
• 1+ years experience in object oriented languages such as Java or C#.
• 3+ years experience with network-enabled communications protocols, message queues, and databases.
• Experience developing backend physical resource testing (memory, CPU load, disk IO).
• Proficiency with Git and SVN for Source Control and Code Collaboration.
• Proficiency in Data Driven testing approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Thorough understanding of automation frameworks and RESTful Web API testing.
• Experience with SCADA communication Protocols (DNP, MODBUS, IEC61850 etc.).
