Description

You establish and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for a modernized microservices architecture, ensuring continuous quality through rigorous testing and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and/or Playwright for functional and end-to-end validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enforce continuous quality gates and deployment health.
• Execute load, performance, and chaos testing to validate system resilience, failover, and recovery behaviors.
• Identify, document, and triage defects, partnering with developers on root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Validate microservice contracts, APIs, and containerized workloads in Kubernetes/Docker environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software engineering or test automation experience.
• Hands-on experience establishing and maintaining test frameworks and automated test suites.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Working knowledge of microservices design, architecture, and API testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (lifetime).
• Current CI Polygraph within the last 7 years.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ansible.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or API documentation tools like Swagger.
