Description

You will bridge operational needs and technical implementation by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements in collaboration with DIAL and DIIT.
• Map business processes to identify data sources, integration points, and reporting needs.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead requirements sign-off and facilitate stakeholder approvals.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Data or System Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to perform process mapping.
• Experience managing requirements traceability.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Skill in developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Background in supporting change management and training documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile development cycle.
