Description

You will design, test, and triage remote services within a telematics environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop functional specifications for remote services.
• Create and review test cases and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute end-to-end remote service testing and manage Joint Integrated Test (JIT) activities.
• Perform initial triage for remote service issues and manage service tickets through resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience with Telematics and Remote Services.
• Deep understanding of Remote Service end-to-end design and architecture.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment, specifically CANoe.
• Experience managing service tickets and performing technical triage.
• Ability to write functional specifications and detailed test cases.
• Experience planning and executing Joint Integrated Tests (JIT).

Preferred Skills

• Japanese language skills.
