Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ESRI ArcGIS Pro-based applications and custom extensions for spatial data editing of linear and point features. You own the full lifecycle of GIS system maintenance, ensuring reliability and performance while managing spatial data from diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom tools, scripts, and workflows in ArcGIS Pro to optimize GIS data editing, analysis, and visualization.
• Automate repetitive GIS workflows using Python (ArcPy), Arcade, or ModelBuilder.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GIS datasets through data conversions, quality assurance, and updates.
• Optimize spatial databases and file geodatabases for performance and usability.
• Create technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user guides, while generating reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in system development.
• Deep expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, including custom extensions and add-ins.
• Strong proficiency in GIS data editing, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting (ArcPy) for automation.
• Ability to manage and process spatial data from diverse sources.
• Experience developing integration solutions for GIS systems with enterprise platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience providing technical support and knowledge transition to team members.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards to support decision-making processes.
