Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop automation tools and solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose systemic and infrastructure issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Fix production software issues and implement solutions for internally developed code using Perl, Ruby, and Java.
• Develop monitoring solutions to detect and prevent system outages before they impact customers.
• Perform software maintenance and configuration to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis and system maintenance to support business operations.
• Work alongside development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Update and enhance existing software systems to meet evolving business requirements and customer needs.
• Document systems and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain operational excellence standards.
• Prioritize projects accurately and make sound technical judgments to improve customer experience continuously
