Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code using various programming languages.
• Perform software maintenance, configuration management, and execute SQL queries for database operations.
• Build and develop automation tools to streamline daily operational activities and improve efficiency.
• Work alongside development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects for system enhancement.
• Update and enhance current software systems while ensuring proper documentation of all processes.
• Coordinate with multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups to resolve high impact production issues.
• Identify potential problems proactively and implement preventive solutions to detect and prevent system outages.
• Update, track and resolve technical challenges while maintaining professionalism under pressure and tight deadlines.

Experience Required: Experience in system development engineering with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Must have experience with production software troubleshooting and the ability to learn quickly across disparate and overlapping technical tasks
