You will maintain production software applications and resolve internal customer issues to minimize downtime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
• Develop monitoring solutions to detect and prevent outages.
• Perform software maintenance and configuration tasks.
• Implement code fixes in Perl, Ruby, and Java.
• Coordinate with Development, Operations, and IT Support on high-impact issues.
