Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and code software features for Amazon fulfillment centers and dark stores infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues in real-time operational environments.
• Build monitoring solutions and perform software maintenance and scaling for distributed systems.
• Implement fixes for internally developed code and perform SQL queries for data management.
• Work alongside development teams on software projects and enhance current software solutions.
• Automate support processes and create comprehensive documentation for system operations and maintenance.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze complex problems and prototype solutions.
• Write code for user-facing APIs and backend services requiring fault-tolerance and low-latency.
• Participate in proposal reviews and contribute to technical discussions with integration solutions.
• Collaborate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions following Agile methodology.

Experience Required: Strong background in full-stack software development with hands-on experience across deployment, testing, documentation, and operations lifecycle. Experience with creative problem-solving and rapid prototyping to deliver production-grade software solutions
