Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interface with diverse customer base to understand requirements, priorities, and business processes effectively.
• Monitor and maintain systems performance and capacity planning using comprehensive metrics and analytics.
• Work on expansions of current applications to support new product launches and features.
• Identify and address risks to hardware and software while maintaining application and systems health.
• Work on customer issues to identify problems and develop solutions addressing root causes.
• Build and rollout systems to multiple global regions for Finance automation customers.
• Create processes and systems that drive operational efficiencies and improve quality standards.
• Propose and implement new projects ensuring security standards for Finance Operations business enablement.
• Create and update infrastructure and security standards ensuring system adherence to these standards.
• Communicate regularly with senior management on project progress, risks and emergent issues.

Experience Required: Systems Development experience in software applications environment, demonstrated technical expertise with superior development and solutions design abilities across global product base, experience with writing detailed design documents, handling both technical and non-technical stakeholders
