Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, provide first-line support, and maintain system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT resource problems and determine necessary courses of action for resolution.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventories, including warranties and repair histories.
• Configure laptops and desktops with required software for new users and manage OS, tool, and application migrations.
• Monitor servers, networks, and security operations while analyzing and repairing alarms.
• Manage anti-virus and anti-malware deployments to prevent infections.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficiency with IP Address Management, routers, switches, and firewalls (LAN and WAN).
• Working knowledge of VLAN, Trunking, NsLookup, traceroute, and Inter-vlan.
• Practical experience working on IIS Servers.
• Experience using Jira, Power Admin, Pinpoint, and Nagios for monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of OS problems and Apple iOS.
• Strong skills in process documentation, escalation management, and trouble ticket tracking.
