Description

You will execute the full systems engineering lifecycle, including software design, build, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment for portfolio applications.

Responsibilities

• Enable container deployments and implement serverless architectures within AWS.
• Develop system test requirements and perform planning, execution, and analysis for system integration and verification.
• Conduct system performance analysis and develop technical performance risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain AWS resources using CloudFormation.
• Create Jenkins Pipelines using Groovy to support CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant engineering experience in systems design, build, integration, and test.
• Deep experience with AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Expertise in CloudFormation for resource management.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming with Java, Python, Ruby, or NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience using AWS SDKs.
• Experience with relational databases such as RDS, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Experience with continuous integration tools including Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Docker, or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph and eligibility for crossover.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, or Microservices.
• Knowledge of container orchestration like Kubernetes or Mesos.
• Experience with log analytics tools such as Splunk or ElasticSearch.
