Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure while providing technical support for end-users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct regular monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal network service levels.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while providing deskside support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture and configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network management and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in performance tuning for network services.
• Experience managing Aruba Wi-Fi.
• Experience with Fortinet FortiClient EMS.
• Ability to handle helpdesk tickets and end-user technical support.
• Any Graduate degree.
