Description

You will design, implement, and maintain private cloud infrastructure, focusing on compute and storage stacks from hardware to virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and monitor all installed hardware systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware management systems, operating systems, and container/virtualization stacks.
• Perform software and system performance analysis, tuning, capacity planning, and demand forecasting.
• Diagnose full-stack bottlenecks and provide interim workarounds or long-term architectural solutions.
• Manage the availability, scalability, security, and performance of platforms and applications.

Required Skills

• 2.5 to 5 years of professional work experience in systems engineering.
• Experience in system programming, tuning, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking and packet tracing.
• Proficiency in system programming languages including Go, Java, or C++.
• Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with the administration and performance tuning of storage systems.
• Understanding of system architectures and virtualization/containerization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware and software issues.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, or other containerization systems.
• Knowledge of network attached storage systems such as NVMeoF or iSCSI.
• Experience with hardware management systems like BMC, IPMI, or Redfish.
