Description

You will own the end-to-end audiovisual technology experience across the Americas, managing setup, service, and maintenance of collaboration solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate audio and video hardware, codecs, cameras, microphones, and control systems into meeting spaces.
• Manage AV integration projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines and resources.
• Troubleshoot complex AV issues and build or troubleshoot APIs for video conference systems to integrate with Zoom.
• Maintain all AV documentation, including inventory, room kits, serial numbers, and network information.
• Coordinate with AV vendors for room installations and follow up with required documentation.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in AV system design, integration, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with AV control systems such as Crestron or Extron.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure.
• Ability to perform rigorous testing and quality assurance on AV systems.
• Proven experience in system design and integration.
• Ability to work with little to no direction and handle pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building APIs for video conferencing integration.
