Description

You will manage and optimize hybrid Linux and Windows infrastructures to ensure stability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, and configure Linux and Windows servers.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Implement security measures and manage PKI infrastructures.
• Deploy auditable systems for SOC integration and manage logging/monitoring setups.
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Experience working in strict environments regarding safety and compliance.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with network protocols and Cisco configurations.
• Experience setting up logging and monitoring systems for SOC integration.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Belgian nationality is required.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
