Description

You will own the operational maintenance and optimization of endpoint and server infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot endpoint environments using MECM (SCCM) and Intune.
• Execute operational tasks for Windows Server and VMware infrastructure.
• Customize and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for environment support.
• Assess, clean up, and improve existing system environments.
• Provide hands-on support for the execution of established architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM) and Intune.
• Strong administration experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with VMware infrastructure.
• Advanced endpoint management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform report analysis and operational monitoring.
• Experience with automated device provisioning workflows.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Windows Autopilot implementations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
