You will own core system development, integration, and legacy process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement API proxies using MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
• Read and analyze COBOL, Java, and Lotus Notes source code to document processes for business stakeholders.
• Integrate systems with DB2, SOAP, Mainframe, and REST services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in system engineering.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Hands-on experience creating Open API specifications adhering to REST standards.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing COBOL and Lotus Notes code.
• Strong understanding of API proxy deployment on MuleSoft.
• Experience integrating with DB2, SOAP, Mainframe, and REST endpoints.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Cloud experience.
