Description

Plan, engineer, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including hardware and software implementation and design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available servers end-to-end.
• Monitor system performance and oversee server builds in various stages.
• Coordinate technical experts to complete complex infrastructure tasks.
• Produce clear status reports for technical audiences and high-level reports for leadership.
• Lead and direct the work of engineers and technical experts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty.
• Hands-on experience with IBM AIX and Linux.
• Proficiency with WebSphere and Oracle technologies.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end stack, including tools and agents.
• Ability to influence results and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and switch tasks quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams and providing direction to engineers.
• Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple server builds simultaneously.
