Description

You will implement, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure and services for enterprise customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Lync, and SharePoint.
• Diagnose system issues, monitor performance, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage patching, updates, and antivirus solutions according to security best practices.
• Develop and document formal procedures for the design, provisioning, and monitoring of Cloud Services.
• Manage Business Continuity Plans and execute disaster recovery testing and reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with Windows server environments and DNS configuration.
• Experience in Managed Service operations or IT Operations.
• Competency with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
• Experience managing antivirus, malware, and patch management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
