Description

Lead the design, verification, and certification of complex hardware systems throughout the product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned components or subsystems from design through certification.
• Develop, manage, and validate system-level requirements and product architecture.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration activities to ensure system performance.
• Execute test plans and lead verification and validation efforts for regulatory compliance.
• Investigate technical issues and lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience in systems design or related fields.
• Strong background in Mechanical Systems Engineering.
• Experience defining, validating, and verifying system requirements.
• Proficiency in Systems Design and Architecture principles.
• Ability to manage product architecture, interfaces, and configuration control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• 9+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience with technical supplier or subcontract management.
• Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes and configuration management.
